Songs are only half of it. At every meeting, members also bring along the albums, films and books they think everyone else should know about. This is where those recommendations live, along with the club’s playlists.
How recommending works
- Pick something. An album, a film or a book: anything you’ve loved lately, whether or not it fits the theme.
- Add it before the meeting. Search for it on the Recommend page and add a line on why it’s worth a look.
- Talk about it on the night. Recommendations for the upcoming meeting stay under wraps until the meeting happens (unless you make them live manually), then appear here and on your profile.
